With over 25 years of marketing experience, Alar Pink is a Partner at Mosaic OÜ, responsible for pre-sales, consultancy, market research, and user training. He has held CMO level positions in marketing management, including IT decision making, games/mobile apps development, and product development, launching over 600 new products. Alar has extensive know-how of FMCG, manufacturing, and media verticals, and very good knowledge of retail and telecom verticals. He was a member of the management team of Kalev Ltd (2001-2009) and Tere Ltd (2010-2016), both market leaders in their relevant business sectors, with annual turnovers of 40M+ EUR and 100M+ EUR, respectively. Alar is also a public speaker, marketing lecturer at Tallinn University, and currently finishing his PhD program in sociology with a focus on brand image.
As a Partner at Mosaic OÜ, Katrin Pink focuses on sales, licensing, implementation, and vendor management. With over 18 years of experience in enterprise software sales, Katrin previously worked at Microsoft Estonia (2006-2010) as an Account Manager for the Education sector, and later joined Net Group (Estonian software development company with IT infra sales department) from 2010 to 2012, and Atea Estonia (Nordic IT infrastructure company) from 2012 to 2017. At Atea Estonia, she managed a team of 9 specialists focusing on IT services, software, and datacenter sales, and was a member of the management team from 2015 to 2017. Katrin has experience in sales and account management of customers with 3000+ users, and is also a public speaker and internal trainer in her areas of expertise.
